  • Provide timely clarification and decision-making support during development cycles.
  • Monitor progress, remove blockers where possible, and adjust priorities to maximise value delivery.

Value Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Measure and track product performance against agreed KPIs and success measures.
  • Analyse customer and stakeholder feedback to inform future enhancements and iterations.
  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric product development.
  • Maintain relevant technical content used for sales support, distributor training, and customer-facing materials.

Tender Response Support

  • Provide expert input into tender and proposal responses, clearly articulating product capabilities, technical specifications, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with business development, sales, and technical teams to develop compelling responses aligned to customer requirements.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear business-focused language that highlights key differentiators and competitive advantages.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of tender response frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and impact.
