  • 客户及合同

在SAP系统中创建维护客户资料,包括客户基本信息,行业信息,分配到指定销售人员和对合同归档管理。

Customers and contracts

Enter customer data in the SAP system including customer basic information, industry information and designated sales personnel and archived contracts

  • 销售订单输机

在SAP系统中正确录入合同价格,数量,交货期,付款条件等相关内容,在不同位置加入相关文本注释。

根据客户需要创建订单物料清单。

Sales order entry

Enter the price, quantity, delivery date, payment terms and other related content in the SAP system, and add relevant text comments in different locations。

Enter the order BOM according to customer needs.

订单明细确认及输机,对订单输入SAP系统过程中存在的问题与相关同事沟通确认。

有图合同或标准产品须核对产品编码GPN和LPN,无图合同需与技术部门及数据组沟通确认产品编码GPN和LPN;对客户或销售工程师提出的相关要求及合同更改内容(如产品GPN,数量,发货日期变更,发货地点及文件要求等)及时反馈给业务相关环节并在SAP里进行维护和输入。

Communicate and confirm the problems in the process of order entry in SAP system with related colleagues. The product codes GPN and LPN shall be checked with the drawing or standard products, customized contract shall be communicated with the technical department and data team to confirm the product codes GPN and LPN. The related requirements and contract changes (such as product GPN, quantity, delivery date change, delivery place and document requirement, etc.) are required to feedback customer in time and maintained it in SAP.

Contract management

Assist contract managers to communicate with the operation Department and follow up the feedback of orders to customers or sales information according to work needs.

职位要求

  • 英语良好,熟练应用Office软件,SAP 系统,对机械行业销售内部支持工作有较深刻了解。积极主动、灵活应变、认真负责、诚实谨慎,沟通协调能力强,具有良好的团队合作精神。

Good English proficiency, proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP system, and a deep understanding of the internal support work of the mechanical industry. Proactive, flexible, responsible, honest and prudent, with strong communication and coordination skills and a good team spirit.

  • 3-5年工作经验,有客服行业从业经历。

At least 3-5 years working experience in customer service industry.

  • 本科以上。优选专业:商务和机械类背景。

Have Bachelor degree. Preferred majors:Business, mechanical background.
