Responsibilities/Duties 职责/权限:      

  • Perform full order fulfillment function with timely deliverables

  • Raise purchase order

申请采购订单

  • Raise and review RFQ

申请并审核RFQ

  • Coordinate customer, planner, and production and expedite delivery arrangement

协调客户、计划员和生产,并加快交货安排

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints with appropriate level of customer satisfaction

处理客户咨询,客户投诉,使客户满意

  • Communicate and provide timely responses between customer, sales/FAE, operation, and factory

与客户、销售/FAE、运营和工厂沟通并提供及时的响应

  • Track business activities, generate reports and perform administrative duties as stipulated by CSR manager

  • Work internally with sales/FAE to support sales activities

  • Manage confidentiality and housekeeping contracts with customers, agents and distributors diligently

  • Support CSR Manager or Sales Manager or VP in corporate presentation, reports and promotion activities when needed

职位要求

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 技术知识,技能及能力:   

  •  Minimum Diploma with 5 years of order fulfillment or customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience in manufacturing industry is required. Basic computer skills are mandatory and knowledge of salesforce or Glovia is an advantage.

具有5年订单执行或客户服务经验,或同等学历和制造业经验。必须具备基本的电脑操作技能,熟悉salesforce或Glovia软件尤佳。

  • Ability to follow instructions and to communicate effectively, verbally and written in Mandarin and English

  • Ability to keep composure under a variety of distributors and customers related situations

  • Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must
