- Assign teams and personnel, down to the developer/engineer level, across project-level, work package-level, and individual task-level to help the Project Manager and Project Engineering Coordinator meet key milestones and deadlines;
- Identify potential bottlenecks, conflicts, or resource overloads (e.g., competing resource demands across multiple projects), and proactively address these issues in collaboration with Department Heads and Project Leads;
- Propose and implement solutions to optimize resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with critical path requirements and overall priorities.
- Coordinate personnel resources and match supply with demand for various projects and work packages on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
- Maintain an up-to-date, accessible resource management tool that provides visibility across the management team and stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor technical skillsets and capabilities within the Technology department, identifying and reporting potential resource gaps to management;

- Act as the Technology coordinator for the provision and management of contractor personnel.
- Provide accurate reporting on personnel levels in relation to current and future requirements, ensuring alignment with Performance Indicators and thresholds;
- Assist Project Managers with identifying labour underspends or overspends, recommending corrective actions to stay on schedule and within budget;
- Oversee the Earned Value Management (EVM) process ensuring accurate monitoring and reporting of Technology programs and projects.
