Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Process Engineer to join our team in Salisbury, United States. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality. Because of the nature of the products, individual must be US Citizen. 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Create and update process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow charts
  • Design and implement process control systems and quality assurance measures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations
  • Manage process improvement projects from conception to implementation
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
  • Participate in new product development and process scale-up activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering in a Maufacturing Environment
  • Knowledge in CNC programming, equipment operation, and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM)
  • Experience with Electronic Assembly, REF Assembly, Soldering and PCB board placement
  • Proficiency Quality Systems, and ERP system,s (e.g., SAP)
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies
  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing (Yellow or Green Belt preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance in manufacturing settings
