STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Configuration Analyst to join the team.  

The primary responsibility is to ensure systems, documentation, and all other applicable information is accurate and supports compliance to customer requirements

Maintains control records and related files to release drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments. Determines and creates effective quality planning for all customer assemblies and details. Reviews all confirming orders and engineering changes for quality requirements. Maintains documentation to support quality management system.

 

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes But is Not Limited To:

 

  • Review of customer contracts and extraction of relevant information
  • Review/creation of component information in ERP system
  • Review/creation of component quality requirements
  • Review/creation of Bills of Materials in ERP system
  • Review/maintenance of engineering drawings
  • Review/Maintenance of manufacturing routers
  • Review/Maintenance of relevant work instructions
  • Process/maintain tooling request
  • Support all cross functional/internal request for information or support
  • Recommend, support and lead the implementation of continuous improvement activities and process improvements to optimize results and improve delivery.
  • Committed to safety.  Owns HSE activities, applicable to their job, to include task and machine risk assessments and efforts to progressively eliminate hazards, reduce risk and make the workplace safer.
  • Communicate to employees and management to keep them informed and to promote communication.
  • Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere.
  • Consistently, regularly, and predictable at work and on time.

 

Qualifications

Qualification/Experience: 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
