Job Description

Quality System (Function specific) Key Metrics Key skills and experiences
• Prioritize and manage Quality department activities and workload to support the strategic
goals of the company
• Manages the Quality Management System of the relevant Global Function if any
• Lead ISO 9001:2015 certification process within the plant & training the required team.
• Works with the Global Quality System Improvement Engineer to contribute to and
continuously improve the Global Quality Management System for what applicable to the
related Global Function.
• Handling seals inspection TPI’s
• Handling NC’s related to Global functions.
• Supports Quality initiatives, along with strategic project development and deployments.
• Additional duties as assigned.
Quality Awareness and Competencies Training
• Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical
staff.
• Assists in contributing to and promoting Global Quality awareness initiatives.
Quality Improvement Projects
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive quality culture and best practices throughout
the organization.

 

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.

• Must have considerable experience in technical roles preferably in a large multi-location business.

• IMS internal auditor certified.

• Demonstrated experience in data visualization in Microsoft Excel and/or other data visualization tools

such as Power BI.

• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to persistently pursue and achieve results. Uses data / analytics to proactively

monitor and review plans to hit or exceed targets and drives continuous improvement.

• Knowledge in quality management tools, such as: Control Plans, Kaizen, 5S, Statistical Analysis, Root

Cause analysis tools, Corrective Action Systems, FMEA, PPAP and Cause and Effect Diagrams

preferred.

• Knowledgeable and demonstrated experience in understanding of technically complex problems.
