Job Description
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function across multiple areas, including HRIS, compensation and benefits, staffing and employment, employee relations, organizational development (OD), and training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining employee files and ensuring accurate data entry into HR systems and forms. 
- Processing documentation related to HR activities such as new hires, changes in status, performance evaluations, benefits, and terminations. 
- Managing the onboarding process, including I-9 verification, background checks, benefits enrollment, and new hire orientation. 
- Preparing special reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and culture survey results. 
- Providing employees with information related to their personal employment records and HR policies. 
- Assisting in the preparation of job descriptions, coordinating employee training sessions, and conducting exit interviews. 
- Compiling and tracking general statistics and HR data for reporting purposes. 
Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. 
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with prior experience in HR or a related administrative function. 
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Liberal Arts preferred.
