Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead service delivery for reliability and maintenance engineering projects, including seal reliability, condition monitoring, lubrication management, and related programmes.
- Manage project teams, ensuring completion of services within timeline, budget, and compliance with QHSE standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, focusing on service digitisation, technology, and customer-centric innovation.
- Produce operational reports and participate in customer performance reviews.
- Support the PMO Manager in staff utilisation and productivity.
- Provide client feedback to Sales & Service team and Reliability Engineering Office regarding new customer needs and innovation opportunities.
- Conduct management of change as needed and foster a culture of safety.
Qualifications
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 8 years’ experience in relevant technical field. Including experience in in the fields of Reliability or Maintenance for process industries.
- Recognized engineering qualification
- Project Management.
Desirable skills (any one of the following):
- Maintenance strategy analysis and development (Failure Modes and Effects analysis, RCM, criticality, etc.).
- Development of planned maintenance program.
- Vibration Analysis expertise – 2 years experience or more / Cat2 or above
- Accreditation in Reliability Engineering such as CMRP or ARP-E
- Inventory management experience
