Job Description

This position is to assist day to day HR functional areas under the supervision of HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure employee personnel files & records are properly filed, maintained, and updated.
  • Preparing letters for various employment-related matters.
  • Support job recruitment process like interview arrangement and employee onboarding.
  • Update staff movement and salary changes.
  • Update employee compensation benefits records: medical and company insurance.
  • Support employee work permits application and related processing.
  • Support HR Manager to identify and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and development.
  • Handle all HR related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by HR Manager

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in HR or related field.
  • Good communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
