Job Description
Customer Support: responsible for providing business process support to Smiths employees using the Global Concur system and the use of corporate cards.
Documentation and Standards: responsible for creation and maintenance of Process documentation, policies, controls, desktop procedures that support the administration of Smiths Global Concur system and Corporate Card / P-Card Program.
Lean Process Improvement: Analyse the current processes and identify ways to improve and streamline the process.
Business Engagement: Engaging key stakeholders who are responsible for, and are customers of the process today to understand pain points, areas of improvement etc.
Specific responsibilities in support of this include:
- Global Expenses and Corporate Card Service Desk (ticketing under SLA)
- KPI’s and scheduled performance and spend reporting
- Concur and P-Card System Maintenance including configuration changes, audit / policy enforcement and card issuance
- Global training and guidance for employees via central Concur Knowledge Hub (SharePoint)
Qualifications
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
SAP Concur Expense Specialist. Experience in customer service environment. Knowledge of SAP a plus.
Experience in Corporate Card / P-Card Administration will be added advantage
