Job Description

  • Advocate for Safety at work.
  • A key stakeholder for the Service operation in providing all the administrative support.
  • Review of internal process with functions stakeholder for continuous improvement.
  • Handle highly confidential information in a timely manner while exercising required discretion.
  • Provides timely and accurate support to your line-manager, including but not limited to customer management, incident investigation, administration operation, periodic reporting, inventory management, orders processing, job scheduling, document control system management, team management, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.
  • Proficient in administrative experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage all the administrative task responsibly and with high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to be flexible and able to work independently in resolving issues.
  • Possess agile technical aptitude in adopting new systems and processes.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, responsive and resourceful with a high level of confidence, integrity and motivation.
