Title: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Location: Lower Westchester County

Compensation: $120,000 to $140,000 + very generous full benefits package

Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and managing chronic illnesses including asthma, diabetes, and allergies

Performing Clinical evaluations for patients

Order and prescribing medication as needed

Using EMR system to document notes

Working with other providers to ensure best quality care

Meeting with parents when needed to discuss patient medical health

Addressing certain lab tests and documenting treatment plans

Requirements:

Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Graduate of accredited Pediatric Nurse Practitioners Masters Degree Program

Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York state

Prior pediatric experience strongly preferred

Good communication skills

BLS
