We have an exciting new opportunity for an  LCSW or LMSW  to direct our new program located in the Manhattan right off Lennox Ave.  Our organization is specialized in providing behavioral healthcare to patients through all walks of life throughout the five burroughs of NYC.  As the director of this program, you would oversee a team of clinicians and interact with our executive staff to help enhance patient care.  This position would be Monday through Friday with some remote work available.  This position would be a Monday through Friday work schedule.  Please see job highlights below:

Title: Program Director (LCSW or LMSW)

Location: Manhattan NY

Compensation: $92,000- $95,000 + full benefits included

Responsibilities:

Oversee innovate new behavioral health treatment program,

Scheduling case conferences

Providing leadership and direction to organization’s main mission

Implementing policies and procedures to enhance program effectiveness

Managing referrals, hospital discharges, pick ups, and enrollments

Conducting meetings when appropriate

Involved in hiring and supervising staff

Tracking service plans and managing crises on teams

Making data driven decisions

Requirements:

Masters of Social Work (LCSW or LMSW)

1+ Years experience preferred working with homeless patients

Experience working with patients with serious mental illness

Preferred leadership experience

Strong people skills
