We have an exciting and dynamic new opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our outpatient clinic located in Westchester County NY.  Our organization has been providing comprehensive medical care to patients in the underserved community for over 40 years.  As the Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, you would join a collaborative team and treat patients in one of our many outpatient clinics.  We offer a flexible work schedule with the possibly of working 4 10 hour shifts or a 5 day work schedule.  This position would be full time permanent with full benefits included.  Please see job highlights below for more info.

Title: Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Responsibilities:

Treating patients in primary care outpatient setting

Performing Physical exams

Prescribing medication when appropriate

Documenting notes in EMR system

Ordering lab test and X rays

Providing ongoing treatment and follow up appointments

Advising patients on safety protocols

Speaking with patient family members on occasion

Requirements:

Graduate of accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program

Preferred 1 year of FNP/PA experience

Board Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant
