Meanwhile our general dentists are high trained in all types of procedures such as Crowns, Root Canals, Extractions, including wisdom teeth, Gum Treatment, Implants, and Dentures all in relaxed friendly environment.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities/Duties :
Supervise all back office staff including scheduling, training, performance evaluations and holding staff accountable
Participate in the hiring, selection and retention for back office staff
Responsible for Patient management by partnering with Orthodontist, providing patients with proper pre and post-treatment instructions and ensuring patient satisfaction
Monitor patient flow by effectively reviewing sign in sheet and appointment book and making necessary adjustments to the schedule
Responsible for ensuring sterilization of the office and equipment
Ensure compliance with all OSHA, Dental Board, and Corporate policies and procedures
Conduct all weekly/monthly/quarterly inspections
Maintain dental supplies and inventory; stock supplies in operatories, restrooms, lab, etc. as needed
Maintain proper patient treatment records
Lead, inspire, and motivate back staff
Qualifications
Job Requirements
1. Experience supervising a team of 6-8 employees with the ability to demonstrate authority, delegate responsibility and hold a team accountable.
2. Experience or equivalent knowledge in all back office positions
3. Working knowledge of dental equipment and terminology, OSHA and safety compliance.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced dental environment.
5. Superior customer service skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Detail oriented, organized, professional and ability to multi task.
7. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team
8. Ability to coordinate with the Office Manager and Orthodontist and work as a team
9. Experience with EagleSoft a plus
10. A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
11. Must have a current X-Ray License
12. Must have a current RDA license
13. Must have a current CPR card
14. Must be willing to apply for an NPI number
15. Bilingual preferred
