For our client, an international technology consulting company, we're currently looking for Salesforce Developer who will have the opportunity to work globally on transformational solution design, process improvement & implementation of business applications based on SFDC platform.

Salesforce Developer plays an important role in design, customization, development, deployment and support of the organization's internal business applications based on Salesforce.com platform. She/he will be directly reporting to Senior Director of SaaS based in US, simultaneously cooperating closely with General Manager located in Warsaw office. A successful, well-rounded candidate will have strong programming, problem-solving and analytical skills as well as will be comfortable to proactively deliver process improvement recommendations to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, test and deploy solutions & applications built on Salesforce.com
• Implement solutions in an agile environment delivering high-quality code and configuration
• Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality
• Develop and manage workflows, process builder, assignment rules, email templates
• Customize custom objects, fields, reports and 3rd party applications
• Lead testing of various functionalities, including creation of test data / plans and feature testing
• Lead trainings and demo solutions to users, manage documentation
• Provide on-going support & system administration to quickly fix production issues
• Handle imports and exports of data
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, security and other administration tasks
• Implement change control and best practices in terms of system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity

We want you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
• min. 2 years of professional experience in Salesforce.com platform development
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce,Lightning, JQuery, Angular, JavaScript
• Knowledge of Salesforce declarative and programmatic features and ability to use out-of-the box functionalities / custom code as needed
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Community
• Strong analytcial and problem-solving skills
• Independent, self-starter attitude with provent track record in a proactive delivery of insights
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to comfortably interact with different stakeholders
• Team player with an ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with Data Loader (or other data loading tools), MS Excel and Database modeling
