Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst or Excel Power User with strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, specifically with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formula use. The ideal candidate should have the ability to compare and manipulate data, sort, analyze, and transform it to match specified formats. This role involves working with data from 401k, 403b, and other retirement plans.

 

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Use Excel formulas to scrub, manipulate, and analyze data from prior record keepers (PRK) to fit the company’s format.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Partner to ensure seamless data processing for new retirement plans.
  • Identify missing data and work with PRK to obtain any needed information.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring the integrity of the information uploaded into our systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail.

  • Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
