This person will support accounting team by assisting in Payroll, Accounts receivables / payables with general data entry, billing and recording transactions.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support duties related daily invoices for accounts payables.
  • Assist AR / AP specialist in prepare required assistance in terms of invoicing.
  • Communicate to vendors on the required ongoing information, respond to vendors questions.
  • Support duties related daily invoices for accounts payables / receivables.
  • Other duties as assigned on excel related reports.
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet.
  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, analyzing and entering data utilizing the Paylocity / ADP payroll system in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Collaborate with payroll colleagues as well as other business areas, including Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, Finance and Technology.
  • Year End W-2 processing
  • Provide analysis and reporting as required and assigned by management
  • Provide customer service by responding to employee questions and requests.
  • Monitor the Payroll Inquiries mailbox

Additional Information

Competencies and skills

  • Requires a minimum of 1-3 year’s work experience in accounting/finance, with an emphasis in the area of accounts Payables/Receivables
  • 1+ years payroll experience
  • Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Experience/working knowledge of Quick books/Paylocity
  • Extremely organized with strong follow up skills
  • Time management - the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a small team-oriented/client-focused environment
  • Strong oral communication skills
