Job Description
We are looking for a Mid-Level Account Manager to manage existing client accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and support account growth. This role will work closely with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, timely follow-up, and clear visibility on project status, risks, and opportunities. The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and helping ensure clients receive consistent value from our services.
What You‘ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of active accounts — build strong relationships with client stakeholders, track account health, and spot risks before they become problems.
- Drive retention and growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within your portfolio and working with delivery leads to scope and close them.
- Own the client communication loop — run regular check-ins, translate client needs into clear internal briefs, and keep both sides aligned on timelines and expectations.
- Coordinate across delivery, sales, and leadership to resolve escalations quickly and ensure client commitments are met without chasing.
- Track account metrics and report on portfolio performance, using data to prioritize your time and flag accounts that need attention.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role; ideally at a software services, IT outsourcing, or SaaS company.
- A proven track record of retaining and growing accounts, with experience managing multiple clients simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Professional working English: you‘ll run calls, write proposals, and handle escalations directly with international clients.
- Strong communication and organizational skills: you know how to read a room, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders informed without over-communicating.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and productivity software to manage your pipeline, track interactions, and report on account health.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with clients in IT Services, SaaS, or B2B technology.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools (Claude, Notion AI, or similar).
- Exposure to cross-functional delivery environments; working alongside engineering, QA, or project management teams.
- A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
