Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support for employees (laptop, software, printer)
• Install, configure and troubleshoot OS, applications and user devices
• Support user account management (Microsoft 365, internal systems)
• Assist with device preparation, asset tracking and inventory management
• Support office IT (WiFi, LAN, meeting room setup)
• Work with IT team to handle daily operations and ongoing tasks

• Have basic English communication skill
• Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT or related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WiFi)
• Fundamental understanding of IT Helpdesk tasks (OS install, user support, troubleshooting)
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Have basic English communication skill
