We are seeking a commercially minded Solutions & Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing Riyadh presence and support regional business development across the Kingdom. In this client-facing role, you will work closely with prospective customers, translating business needs into tailored technical solutions that align with our capabilities in AI, software development, digital transformation, and enterprise consulting.

This role is pivotal in building early-stage trust with clients and helping convert opportunity into long-term partnership.

Job Description

Client Engagement & Scoping

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team to conduct client discovery sessions, understand business requirements, and define solution roadmaps
  • Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams to shape RFP responses, proposals, and proof-of-concepts

Solution Design

  • Tailor solution recommendations aligned with client goals in areas such as AI enablement, application modernisation, digital workflows, or fintech infrastructure
  • Support technical discovery processes (architecture, compliance, integrations)

Pre-Sales Delivery

  • Prepare compelling pitch materials, presentations, and solution demos for C-suite and technical stakeholders
  • Draft and refine SoWs, commercial models, and presentations that align with regional buyer expectations

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor KSA market trends, competitor activity, and government initiatives (e.g. Vision 2030, GHC, NDMO) to align solution framing
  • Represent VME at industry events, conferences, and client workshops

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise delivery (ideally in KSA or GCC region)
  • Fluent in Arabic with strong English proficiency
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions such as custom software, AI, integration, APIs, cloud, and automation
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, especially for C-suite and public sector stakeholders
  • Culturally aware with experience in KSA B2B sales cycles
  • Experience working with or selling to consulting firms, banks, government, or tech-driven enterprises is highly desirable
