1. Employer Branding

• Create recruitment-related content on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Threads to attract candidates and form a dynamic culture.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across various channels.
• Support the execution of internal and external company events such as job fairs, seminars, and workshops.

2. Talent Acquisition

• Source and attract potential candidates through various recruitment channels, social media, and networks.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the ATS by inputting and organizing candidate data, converting resumes into the required format, tracking recruitment progress, and generating reports for analysis.
• Perform other recruitment-related tasks as requested by the Mentor.

• Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Good English communication.
• Open to feedback and willing to contribute ideas for creative recruitment campaigns.
• Passionate about connecting with people and building strong relationships.
• Ability to design graphics and videos using tools like Canva, or other basic design software.
