Key Responsibilities:

• Support resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures
• Support Inventory & purchasing IT devices/ tools
• Support onboard and exit process
• Conducts hardware, software maintenance and support
• Support maintenance Wired network and Wireless
• Support monitor, manage and maintain servers, data backup system schedules

• Have knowledge of Linux, Windows
• Good understanding of virtualization platforms (Xen, KVM, Vmware,..)
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routing, firewall device
• Basic English communication

Nice to have

• Certifications of CCNA, MCSA
• Office365 Administrator
• Azure Administrator
