We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing applications for banks, with a particular focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) projects. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, as well as the ability to coordinate between our technology teams and bank staff effectively.

Responsibilities:

Requirement Documentation:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Create detailed documentation to support the development and implementation of banking applications, with an emphasis on AML projects.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Act as a liaison between the technology team and bank staff to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to capture and clarify requirements.

Project Implementation:

• Assist in the implementation of banking applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct analysis to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Banking/ Fintech domain is preferred)
• Proven experience in implementing AML projects is highly desirable.
• Understanding of banking applications and AML regulations.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
