• Provide guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop robust and scalable .NET-based applications and services.
• Code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with the integration team to design and implement interfaces with external systems.
• Ensure smooth integration and deployment processes with AWS cloud services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize project delays.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance the development process.
• Communicate project status, risks, and challenges effectively to stakeholders and project managers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development 
• Extensive experience with .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI, and Entity Framework.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, particularly AWS services (Lambda, SQS, etc...)
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDb.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkin, Github Action), and containerization (Docker).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
