SmartDev (https://smartdev.com) offers tailor-made mobile apps and websites with the most popular frontend and back-end technologies. We are currently works with about 70 developers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures 
• Conducts hardware, software maintenance and support
• Maintenance Wired network and Wireless
• To monitor, manage and maintain servers, data backup system schedules

• Good knowledge of Linux, Windows
• Good understanding of virtualization platforms (Xen, KVM, Vmware,..)
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routing, firewall device
• Ability to write technical support documentation
• English communication is a plus

• Good at interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices 
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proactive and able to solve problem efficiently
