We're looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our innovative team in Poznań, Poland. As a Frontend Developer, you'll play a crucial role in creating engaging and user-friendly web applications that delight our customers and drive our business forward.

• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement new features and improve existing ones
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality across different browsers and devices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends
• Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and provide technical insights
• Implement and maintain version control using Git
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation as needed

• Proven experience (2+ years) in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
