SlideHub is a fast-growing (SaaS) Software-as-a-Service scale up founded in 2016 by a team of Danish professionals and we are looking to expand our exciting presence in Mexico City. SlideHub provides clients with an Asset Management Platform that enables consultants and business professionals to create proposals and other sales material faster.

Job Description

The role of the Customer Success manager is focused on 3 areas:

  • Onboarding: new customers and working with sales to close the pilot where you will act as a subject matter expert
  • Account management: where you will get your portfolio of customers to develop and maintain
  • First-line support: Provide product feedback from our customers to the product team and help as

You spend time on the following activities:

  • Lead onboarding sessions where you need to customize the Asset Platform to meet the needs of your client and solve their pains
  • End-user session where you show how to use the tool
  • Make sure the clients get fully ramped to engage the right stakeholders and help sell the Asset Platform internally
  • Host quarterly account status calls with clients to help prevent churn
  • Provide client input and feature requests to the product team
  • All efforts are done inbound (via the phone, emails, or video conference) and not in the field

Qualifications

The following are hard requirements for the right candidate:

  • Has a problem-solving mindset
  • Likes to talk to clients and listens proactively to understand the client’s pains and points of view
  • Fluent in English (business)
  • Is proactive
  • Have a basic business understanding
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, and communication is an advantage but not a requirement

The following are a big plus:

  • Any experience from similar roles within SaaS CS
  • Experience in HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Good grades in school

  • The job will be partly remote and partly onsite (expected 2 times per week) at our office in a coworking space in the Polanco district of Mexico City.
  • During the first 2 weeks of onboarding, you are expected to work from the office in Mexico City alongside our CMO
  • You will report directly to the CMO, located in Copenhagen, Denmark

Salary

  • The compensation will consist of a fixed salary without a variable component. Further details will be shared in the interview
