Our Accounting Department plays a crucial role in ensuring that the books are balanced. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator (14 month contract) you will be involved in the day to day activities of the accounting department of a company with more than $500 million in revenue! If you have a meticulous eye for numbers, this is the position for you!

Are you able to?

• Process accounting transactions and do cash balancing
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
• Process customer refunds
• Prepare journal entries
• Collect outstanding receivable balances
• Analyze financial data
• Multitask, meet tight timelines and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

Do you have?

• A College Diploma/University Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting
• Proficient skills in Excel (Intermediate), Word, Outlook; Oracle or SAP would be an asset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as attention to detail
• English and French verbal/written skills (is an asset)
