Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include sourcing, attracting, and interviewing potential hires:

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria
• Design job adverts and actively sourcing potential candidates through various channels
• Assess applicant information, including CVs and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• driving interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, video interviews, to ensure only qualified applicants come into play
• Build employer value proposition and implement employer branding initiatives, lead candidate pipeline development, and various recruitment events to ensure that company’s hiring needs are met
• Foster long-term relationships with past and potential applicants
• keep up with aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul industry to understand company roles, candidates’ profiles, to attract the right profiles and ensure accurate applicant documentation

• BSc
• Work experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role using headhunting and sourcing techniques
• Proven experience with social media (especially LinkedIn) sourcing, candidate databases and other recruitment channels
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various assessment methods
• Good communication skills and advanced level of both written and spoken English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and digital sourcing;  
• user experience of any Applicant Tracking System is an advantage
• Able to develop networks of potential hires and nurture trusting relationships with them
• An experience withing technical, production, aviation or similar organization is an advantage
• User experience of any Applicant Tracking System is an advantage
