Job Description
Position: IT Services - Intern
Location: Corporate Office, Stevens Point, WI
Starting Salary: $17.16 per hour

Are you passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment? Skyward is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as IT Services Intern. This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge applications, support real-world implementations, and grow your skills in a collaborative and innovative setting.
What you’ll do:
- Troubleshoot Skyward SMS 2.0 / Qmlativ database and server environments
- Provide basic network and remote support for customers via email, phone, and WebEx
- Assist internal IT with computer/network projects
- Learn and use Skyward’s internal Resource Management System (RMS)
- Support sales presentations, proposals, RFPs, and internal projects
What you’ll need:
- Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year degree program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
