Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office
Starting Salary: $45,972.49 - $50,569.74 (Salary commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do:
The HR Partner supports Skyward employees and managers by:
Conduct regular meetings with departments to understand roles and support needs.
Manage department vacancies.
Analyze trends to recommend solutions, programs, and policies.
Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and partnering with HR management or legal as needed.
Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Manage the recruiting process, including assisting with interviewing and candidate selection.
Job offer creation and extension.
Continuously seek process improvements.
Participate in weekly HR staff meetings.
Maintain job descriptions, employee handbook, and various spreadsheets/tracking.
Manage paperwork and system updates for employee changes.
Maintain employee personnel files.
Assist with other HR projects as assigned.
What It Takes:
2+ years previous HR experience or related experience, preferred expertise in in all facets of recruitment, i.e. candidate screening, interviewing and selection.
PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Service-oriented mindset.
Must be friendly and approachable.
Ability to communicate with a variety of personalities in an honest and open manner.
Displays a sense of urgency.
Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Computer proficient.
