Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office

Starting Salary: $49,352.06 - $54,287.27 (Salary commensurate with experience)

Skyward is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Migrations team.  

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and completion of projects.  

You will apply professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead implementation teams to ensure that our current customers are satisfied.  

What you will do:  

  • Act as liaison between the customer and internal teams.  

  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.  

  • Delegates tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.  

  • Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.  

  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain aligned.  

  • Communicate, work, and interact with various customer stakeholders in many capacities such as learning the requirements and goals for the project.  

  • Identify, analyze, and manage project risk.  

  • Adjust schedules on the project as needed and based on budget restrictions.  

  • Demonstrate independent ability to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks.  

  • Respond in a timely manner and in accurate fashion to unresolved issues.  

  • Make positive contributions to department culture through effective communication and  

  • collaboration.  

  • Achieve foundational levels of productivity, organization, and excellence.  

  • Respond quickly and accurately to common inquiries across the company

  • Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills and the willingness to do what is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction.  
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment.  
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and general PC applications.  
  • Has a two- or four-year degree or applicable experience.
