Skyborne Opportunity

We are looking for skilled and talented Recruiter, who will be responsible for, screening, interviewing, and finding the best candidate for the position. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working with people and are motivated by delivering excellence, then we could be a good fit for you, and you for us.

  • Aviation interviewing experience. 
  • Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, callbacks or regret emails.
  • Greeting and assisting interviewees onsite.
  • Sending and reviewing assessments.
  • Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling and conducting screening, interviews, updating the calendar, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
  • Pre-Screen candidates, shortlist and add candidates to pipeline.
  • Resolving issues such as interview cancellations.
  • Updating our ATS System and all pertinent data. 
  • Additional job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Professional requirements are as follows:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: (Minimum Requirements)

  • High school degree/GED and/or some College degree from a two (2) year college or technical school preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience; equivalency years’ experience must be in a related field.
  • Internals only: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Skyborne Airline Academy and prior talent acquisition aviation experience. 
  • Contingent to employment, all candidates must pass a drug screening and background check, along with TSA badging-if required for your role. 

SOFTWARE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • General knowledge of the following software:  Microsoft Office Programs and other software programs may be required, as needed.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts, across all levels.
  • Significant experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner.
  • Type/keyboard 40+ wpm (computer user with minimum typing/keyboarding skills), preferred.
