The Manager of Accounting and Financial Analyst will work closely with the Director of Finance to complete monthly management accounts, manage purchase and sales ledger. Plan, organize, and control multiple responsibilities and resources to achieve assignment objective. Ensure all Balance Sheets are reconciled monthly. Ultimately, you will ensure our financial planning is healthy and profitable and aligns with business objectives. 

1. Strong experience with accounting packages and small business accounting software
2. Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
3. Advanced Excel skills
4. Effective communication skills
5. Positive and professional attitude
6. Well organized and analytical
7. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
8. Highly motivated and interested in being part of a small and talented team

Experience working within a small finance team and start-up business and ability to pass accounting and excel test.
