Job Description
Skip Hop is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Marketing Manager reporting to the Marketing Director. This position will manage marketing for all major US trade accounts, while also driving International marketing – the largest and fastest growing retail accounts for Skip Hop. Candidate should be entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, have a tenacious work ethic, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will plan and execute key trade marketing initiatives to ensure global brand growth in sales, new consumer acquisition and market share growth. Specifically:
• Oversee and manage trade marketing with retailers, and drive development of marketing toolkits and sales/retailer launch presentations in timely manner.
• Lead omni-channel marketing initiatives and manage relationships with key accounts.
• Manage company trade marketing calendar, including driving development and delivery of seasonal marketing initiatives.
• Participate in new product ‘big ideas’ and priorities with Marketing Director and Director Creative Services, in partnership with Merchandising and Product Development.
• Drive analysis-, action- and results-oriented culture that enables fast decision making, collaboration, and flexibility for both short-term challenges and future planning.
• Own and manage marketing budgets and monitor spending on a monthly basis.
• Support Marketing Director to drive marketing initiatives with key international distributors.
• Strong external/competitive orientation of market and trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited college or university
• 4-6 years of experience in Marketing, preferably Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Childrens/Baby industry
• High energy, team player with strong management skills and project management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal, presentation and written skills with ability to influence and persuade at all levels
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
• Strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately while working toward multiple deadlines
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
