Job Description

Skintifique is looking for a world-class, high-energy and impact oriented individual to join our growing digital and sales organization.

This newly created position will take on a wide range of responsibilities across digital traffic acquisition and optimisation, content generation, as well as other marketing and sales levers. The Digital Traffic Manager is expected to grow in time into a Director role.

The Digital Traffic Manager will report to one of the company’s Director and will have extensive interactions with the other team members in commercial and other functions. The position is based in Paris, France.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing, and leading as soon as experience allows, functional expertise and delivery

  • In priority in following key commercial functions
    • B2C customer acquisition: SEA, SEO, Remarketing, Display…
    • B2B2C retailer acquisition and development
  • In several of the key support functions
    • B2C customer development: CRM, email marketing…
    • Digital content creation and UX optimisation 
    • Customer service
    • Community management

Drive innovation: bring new and innovative ideas and realization, in terms of products, services, marketing approaches...

Qualifications

Must have requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years in digital marketing & commerce of consumer products, including 2-3 in SEA
  • Real interest and ability to deliver on top and bottom line growth and impact
  • Successful track record in digital commercialization and at least one of the areas of responsibility mentioned above established in fast growth product companies, or in digital agencies
  • Fluent in English and working knowledge of French. Ability to work and deliver in several cultures.
  • Hard working, passion for impact and ambition to grow professionally
  • Outstanding personal and professional ethics
  • Driven team player: ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high performance, rapidly changing, team-based environment
  • Strong project and team management skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker and business / growth-oriented problem-solver
  • Work permit in France
