Job Description

  • Identify clients’ needs according to discussion with clients; obtain a thorough understanding of job requisitions (i.e. knowledge/skills/abilities, competitiveness, etc.) and conduct research when necessary
  • Implement sourcing strategies and identify potential candidates
  • Search talents on websites (i.e. LinkedIn, Referrals Network, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)
  • Communicate with candidates and understand candidates’ skills and interests
  • Consult clients based on candidate and hiring market feedback
  • Analyze current talent pool
  • Conduct research and estimate compensation ranges for different level of positions
  • Match candidates with suitable positions and draft referral reports
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System
  • Coordinate interviews in different time zones
  • Collaborate with clients’ recruiting team to continually improve processes and experience
  • Provide onsite support for recruiting events and forums

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience minimum with a focus in positions related to technical, engineering and/or leadership within manufacturing realm.
  • Associates degree minimum requirement
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & strong analytical skills
  • A self-starting, work hard/play hard mentality
  • Ability to follow standard procedures
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Typing – 60+ wpm / 10,000 kph minimum
