Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY:

As part of the Marketing team in the Digital Business department, this incumbent would assist the team to plan and execute digital marketing activities, measure performance of digital marketing campaigns across owned / paid / earned channels, and social media platforms. The incumbent will work closely with internal customer success, design, product & sales teams, and external parties to drive our digital brand awareness and lead generation performance.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute digital marketing initiatives according to the marketing plans to achieve business objectives in various digital channels, e.g., website, social media, eDM and paid digital campaigns
  • Develop marketing message for various channels, including our online community platform, social media, eDM, and sales enablement. Closely report, monitor, and optimize campaign performance
  • Contribute to data analytics that facilitate the marketing campaign performance measurement
  • Support virtual and hybrid events to smoothly run on our community platform, lead certain aspects of digital operation
  • Contribute to the branding, content, and creative aspects of our online platform

Qualifications

  • >=1 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing or digital operations, preferably in B2C or education sector
  • Degree holder or above in Marketing / Advertising / Business or related discipline
  • Experience on social media promotion (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Experience on Google Ads campaigns
  • Knowledge of web analytics with various tools, e.g., Google Analytics
  • Experience with leading marketing automation tool 
  • A good team player, willing to help and support colleagues when there’s need
  • Detail-minded, proactive, creative and flexible at work
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent command in written and verbal English
