Short Description: Backfill resource for Clinical Implementation Team and work will be based in Terre Haute,Indiana.

Full Description: May be assigned to multiple projects. Organizes and facilitates design meetings with users; produces design documentation for build teams. Documents current state processes/design against future state to identify gaps (gap analysis). Facilitates the development/implementation of future state design. Provides input into required people/process changes including the development/revision of appropriate policies and procedures. Provides support and issue resolution during system activation. May coordinate/participate in user acceptance testing activities.

Behavior Characteristics: Requires BSN degree in nursing with current license/certification. Requires 3-5 yrs experience in a clinical discipline. Requires extensive knowledge of healthcare information systems,5 years is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, Requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work as a team member. Must have strong knowledge of Cerner application. Duration: 3 Months
