Job Description

Our Enterprise Applications team is focused on modernizing our tech stack to support Skechers’ growth worldwide.  To that end, Skechers has invested in Salesforce Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud and CloudCraze and we are seeking a talented and highly motivated Product Manager to drive forward our Salesforce initiatives.

As a Salesforce Product Manager, you will work with stakeholders to define business needs, implement product strategy and own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Salesforce systems. You will work with our Skechers and SI technical teams on design, building solution components, unit testing, and driving forward Salesforce initiatives around the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the end-to-end product management process from idea generation, requirements gathering, prototyping, and delivery
  • Facilitate and lead effective discussions during meetings with stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive Salesforce initiatives.
  • Research solutions and formulate proposals to solve requests from business partners
  • Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce systems
  • Work with Skechers and SI technical teams on design, development, configuration, interfaces, and product feature enhancements for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and CloudCraze platforms
  • Help to manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms and technologies
  • Identify, advance, and remove roadblocks, triage defects, and provide clarity for customers on issues or bugs 
  • Responsible for day-to-day execution and planning, personnel development, and resourcing for Salesforce teams
  • Manage project/ticket backlog, and facilitate backlog grooming with development team
  • Conduct analysis to quantify how features are performing, level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements

Qualifications

 

  • Recommended Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, System Architect
  • Client-side (Lightning Web Component, JavaScript, HTML, Visualforce, CSS) & server-side (Apex) expertise
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, VS Code).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third party systems via web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
  • Experience with configuration of all new and existing Salesforce features including Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice, Einstein features, Tableau, chat bot, Retail Execution 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in fast-paced environments 
  • Able to solve complex problems and offer new perspectives on existing solutions
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office and product management tools (i.e. Atlassian suite)

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 7 years professional experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Minimum 5 years Salesforce Service Cloud experience
  • Minimum 5 years Salesforce Sales CRM experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform 5+ years (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (preferred)
  • Experience implementing new instances of Salesforce.com for global implementation
  • Experience setting up and maintaining DevOps solution for multi-org code release

JOB-RELATED EDUCATION

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
