Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

  • Gather and analyze market, order, sales, inventory, and/or margin data from various sources to consolidate into weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, dashboards, and/ or presentations focusing on key performance indicators around productivity, risk, and opportunity.
  • Ability to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner to productively communicate findings and recommendations to the sales team and leadership when warranted. 
  • Works with the sales teams and leadership to support forecasts, sales plans, market research, and sales drivers for existing sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and plans with overall business objectives. 
  • Ad Hoc reports and projects as needed

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

  • Required to be onsite
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of sales methodology, retail math and/ or core financial analysis principles
  • Attention to detail especially when working within tight timeframes
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extract, consolidate, interpret and analyze data from various sources

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or quantative subject or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of analytical skills
  • Fashion and/or Retail experience required
  • Strong Excel background, including the use of pivot tables and advanced excel formulas
  • Experience in MS Access, Power BI, and PowerPoint required
  • Tableu, SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, Lucid Chart, MicroStrategy, and SPS Commerce experience is a plus
