Job Description

THE ROLE:

In this role, you will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and fast paced environment focused on creating the most exceptional candidate experience. As a Regional Recruiter you will take responsibility for managing the retail stores’ open requisitions while proactively building talent pipelines for all store-level positions. The role is a mix of tactical recruiting, operational excellence, and strong relationship building.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Tactical recruiting to fill store-level open positions. Source and attract qualified, passive candidates to hiring processes.
  • Drive a consistent recruitment process from acquisition to onboarding by providing a comprehensive multichannel plan to attract great talent.
  • Ensure outstanding operational excellence across full life cycle recruiting efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with the Human Resources Business Partner and other partners to ensure talent acquisition needs are fulfilled.
  • Assess the community demographics and create a candidate pipeline that meets diversity hiring initiatives that support the company’s vision and culture.
  • Collaborate on market intelligence as requested.
  • Provide a regular cadence of recruitment reporting to Hiring Managers and HRBP to improve the hiring strategy of the Region.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Produce hiring results. Be accountable to filling requisitions while also ensuring the quality of new hires is measured based on sourced candidate retention.
  • Demonstrate a service and support mindset with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Leads and ensures an exceptional candidate experience through hiring events, digital/social media recruiting, job posts integrity and interview process.
  • Develop and lead a wide array of localized talent channel programs that advance their candidate pool and meets the business’ talent.
  • Focus on partnership with hiring managers to ensure hiring goals are met.
  • Champion hiring excellence by effectively outlining who will perform each aspect of the process when multiple people are involved.
  • In partnership with hiring managers, ensure all new stores are fully staffed according to timelines.
  • Demonstrate retail business acumen to gain and maintain credibility.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High school diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in providing Talent Acquisition support, preferably in a retail/multi-unit/multistate
  • environment desired.
  • Must be Tech/Computer Savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Suite and various software.
  • Ability to travel based on business needs.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and procedures, and operating and maintenance instructions.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
