Job Description

The Program Coordinaotr will be responsible for assisting the Travel and Meeting department in administrative duties and utilizing knowledge of data software to help leaders within the department make decisions.  

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-

  • Programming, system maintenance supporting Concur travel and expense systems
  • Profile management/maintenance
  • Troubleshooting technical user error
  • Field user questions
  • Work with Accounts payable to solve payment inquiries
  • Establish clearly defined standard operating procedures for Concur administration and streamline processes and manage communication within the business for effective control
  • These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
  • Serve as central administrator of Concur Travel and Expense system
  • Manage day to day operations ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services in compliance with company policies.  Troubleshoot issues as required, escalating to concur support when appropriate
  • Maintain and evolve the library of audit rules to manage automate enforce company travel and expense policy. 
  • Develop expertise in using concurs reporting tools
  • Assist in trainings and preparation of training materials
  • Support user questions
  • Create, monitor, update, and close support cases
  • Perform site administrative duties, Day to Day Site Maintenance:
  • Collaborate with business partners and utilize knowledge of data software to create internal reports for the department
  • Turn data into information and insight that can be used to make business decisions.
  • Create presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Communicate complicated data clearly and concisely
  • Assist in other Department technical programs as assigned
  • Performs a variety of duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

  • 2-3 years of Administration and/or Data Analysis experience
  • BS in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of technical and functional knowledge of SAP Concur Financial / Expense system.
  • Technical knowledge of Concur Travel and Expense. Concur certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Concur business rules and how to change them to achieve desired output.
  • Comfortable in a flexible working environment to accommodate a project-based work schedule.
  • Ability to quickly prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Recognizes additional opportunities and maximizes potential to win the opportunity.
  • Proven ability to approach problem-solving with resourcefulness and to research solutions.
  • Continuous Support; looks to improve efficiency and quality of service of own area via input to procedures and processes.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative and responsibility for projects, investigate issues, and develop proposed solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to create digestible reports using Excel and other software to present to business leaders.
  • Fluent English level.

Salary range for this position is $64,480 - $90,000/year.
