Job Description

Provide sales and marketing support to designated Domestic Wholesale Division Managers.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

  • Provide support to designated Vice President(s), Director(s), and/or National Sales Manager(s).  Major duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: 
  • Responsible for typing and distributing company documents including reports, correspondence and procedural  guides (extranet/intranet forms, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint documents, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit travel requests and expenses for division managers.
  • Provide general question and answer support to designated staff.
  • Coordinate in-person/online meetings for the Domestic Wholesale management teams including scheduling, planning, printing, and special purchasing if needed. Take and distribute notes/meeting recaps as needed.
  • Assist managers with submitting and approving requests via time management system.
  • Research and assist with special Sales Support projects and assignments as needed.
  • Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain files, contact lists and databases; preserving, organizing, scanning, updating records, and distributing (where approved and applicable), including but not limited to public network drive, intranet, physical/electronic records, etc. (all according to company information governance policy).
  • Submit and track marketing requests for Domestic Wholesale accounts.
  • Run Sales reports via internal/external systems and extract/manipulate/format data via Excel.
  • Outreach to IT for technical support as needed. 
  • Participate in sales conferences, trade shows, meetings, and special events as directed.
  • Perform various assignments, duties, and assist with projects to support domestic wholesale/sales administration.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize/coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  Ability to adapt to a variety of situations and frequent changes.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines; great follow up skills.
  • Self-starter/motivated, results-orientated, with demonstrated aptitude for problem solving.
  • Professional image and behavior.  Maintain a positive work environment.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, use step stool/ladder to reach overhead objects; lift/carry light objects; answer incoming calls.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary; light travel may be required.
  • Job will be performed in a traditional office environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

  • 3+ years of progressive administrative and/or coordinator experience, including support of multiple managers and involvement in concurrent project coordination.
  • Working knowledge of the following platforms is helpful:
    • Concur (travel and expense management)
    • DocuSign (electronic signature and agreement cloud)
    • Dropbox (file hosting service)
    • Kronos (workforce management)
    • Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Forms, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Automate, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Stream, Teams, Word, etc.)
    • MicroStrategy (business intelligence)
    • ServiceNow (IT workflow management)
    • SuccessFactors (employee experience management)
    • Ability to learn additional platforms. 
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in business, communications, marketing, or related experience is preferable.
  • Wholesale footwear/apparel industry experience preferable.

Pay range for this position is $65,000 - $72,000 / year.
