Job Description

The HRIS Analyst will support the global implementation of Workday HCM to Skechers. In this role you will provide development and operations support to the Director, HRIS and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business. 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

  • Partner with interal stakeholders to develop Workday solutions, processes and policies resulting in an excellent user experience and process efficiencies 
  • Assist the cross-functional Workday configuration across the following areas; Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence and Reporting 
  • Be a subject matter expert on the Workday HCM platform. Be comfortable sharing Workday expertise with other team members 
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, resolve complicated system problems and develop workflow rules, data validations and customizations
  • Analyze business processes and make recommendations to make them more efficient in a new system. Recognize opportunities for automation, validation and self-service
  • Help to ensure that system controls and processes meet all internal and external audit requirements
  • Help to maintain data security and data integrity 
  • Create, review and participate in functional testing for the system. Suggest any upgrades and/or enhancements for greater efficiencies
  • Help to maintain change documentation and training materials 
  • Eventually manage and maintain the HRIS for Skechers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Strong planning, prioritization and time management skills. The ability to work independently and show initiative to drive the global Workday implementation forward
  • Ability to maintain excellent cross-functional partnerships 
  • Ability to fully comprehend a holistic view of enterprise systems structure and HR processes 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-8 years experience working as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role
  • Experience and a strong knowledge of Workday HCM is required
  • Global work experience a plus
