As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Skechers Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you would be responsible for analyzing metrics and trends to understand results and support business decisions, focusing on inventory and our distribution network. In collaboration with operations leaders and partners, you would prepare annual financial plans, on-going financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans. You would also provide key input on business models and initiatives, designed to drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value. Additionally, you will have exposure and visibility to the C-Level Executive team, working closely with our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

40% Develop and prepare accurate and timely analytics, reports, and insightful observations related to inventory and our distribution network for business leaders and executives to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency.

30% Support various business leaders with ad hoc operational and strategic analyses and projects. Manage company-wide data requests efficiently.

20% Help develop an annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and a long-range plan.

10% Together with management, develop financial objectives and key business metrics.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in roles of progressive responsibility
• Financial planning and analysis or in an adjacent field of finance, operations, consulting, business intelligence or accounting
• Experience with inventory management and logistics preferred
• Oracle financial system experience preferred
