This is an onsite position in Rancho Belago, CA

Sr. MHE Design & Integration Engineer:  Minimum of 10 years of Material Handling Industry Experience and 2 years as a lead designer

• System Design/Data Analysis/System Integration:  This includes defining data requirements, cleaning up data, analyzing data, converting data to processing and system mechanical rates, determining technology options for each process, working with suppliers to evaluate technology, defining simulation requirements, authoring the Description of Operations, managing the overall integration between WMS, WES, WCS, and the Material Handling Automation Equipment, and coordinating system testing and sign-off.
• Manage system flow:  optimize and continually monitor & manage semi-automated system flow based on the business, namely, changes in order profile/requirements + define system & update system KPIs
• WMS/WCS/Material Handling Automation Equipment troubleshooting of production systems
• Training & Documentation:  Create and update training material, including videos, for the Material Handling Automation Equipment; coaching the Operations team on how to use the Pyramid Director WCS and other system tools.
• System enhancements/Requirements Definition:  work with the Operations team to understand what WMS and WCS enhancements are needed to meet new requirements and/or improve productivity and, subsequently, draft requirements and review scopes of work/proposals for these changes.
• 25% Travel

The salary range for this position is $150,000-$180,000/year.
