Job Description

Skechers CEE Kft, responsible for Serbia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia and Czech Republic among other countries, is recruiting a Sample and CS Coordinator to assist with all aspects of the showrooms, ensuring strong visual impact, and merchandising all samples across our product portfolio. coordinating all facilities and operations connected with customer and internal meetings and events and delivering first class Customer Service and experience at all times.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure showrooms are complete with all relevant and up to date samples.
  • Display product in line with Company VM guidelines.
  • Assist in the management of the distribution of sample deliveries (showroom, customer and PR).
  • Keep all samples in a neat and organised manner ensuring any old samples are removed and disposed.
  • Clean, tidy and ensure a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Assist in the management of the showroom and conference room calendars and plan to facilitate customer visits.
  • Work in coordination with marketing department to ensure all visuals are up to date and refreshed as needed.
  • Ensure showrooms are clean and ready for use after each account meeting.
  • Ensure walkways, common and all back areas are kept, clear, organised and within required health and safety requirements.
  • Maintenance of the storage areas for showroom use, keep organised.
  • Ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
  • Be on hand to assist with UPS collections/deliveries.
  • Distribute and deliver parcels around the building as and when needed.
  • Responsible to manage and prepare returns both for Wholesale and Franchise Business.
  • Responsible to work on reports used by Customer Service, Finance and Sales Management.
  • General administrative work as requested.

Qualifications

  • Fluent written and speaking English and Hungarian knowledge 
  • Knowledge of Serbian, Czech, Romanian or another CEE language is a plus 
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a role involving customer service and/or visual merchandising. 
  • Attention to detail and communication skills are essential
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • B category driver licence is a plus
